While it might be difficult to accept, stress is a part of our everyday life and it can wreak havoc on our physical and mental health. As teens navigate the complexities of growing up, it’s crucial to understand the connection between the mind and body. This Summer we are offering sessions throughout the month of June to get your teen out of the house and moving!
Our Summer running club is filled with energetic Kindergarten through 3rd graders! Coach Casey is providing an 8-week dynamic running program designed to increase strength, speed, endurance and get the wiggles out! If you are interested in your child joining our team send an email to gametimeprep@gmail.com. Practices are at various times Monday through Friday and races are typically on weekends. Joining the team is FREE!
